The apartments
All our 15 apartments have sea view.
Each apartment has a terrace or patio with sea view with table, chairs, deckchairs and sun umbrella. Independent entrance, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, safe, free internet access, kitchenette with 2 or 4 burners, fridge, stainless steel sink, hot and cold water, dish rack and complete kit for the kitchen, color satellite TV.
Sheets, blankets and towels are provided.
Pet friendly
Animals are welcome in our residence and have access to all areas of the structure.
Most of our apartments are fenced and gated for their safety and your tranquillity.
They can access the equipped beach in your company and at the free beach, they can access and bathe without limitations.
Please communicate their presence at the time of booking.
Equipped beach
On the east side of Punta Schioppo there is our beach equipped for the
exclusive use of our guests, consisting of large stone paved spaces with dock, stairs to the sea and diving board.
Here you can place at will deck chairs and umbrellas and enjoy our clear water.

Kayak and sup
At guests’ disposal there are kayaks (single and double), sup and safety devices.
Starting from our beach you can see in a few rows coves and beautiful views: you will be able to observe from another point of view the natural beauty that the island has to offer.
In addition, our beach is an excellent starting point for those who practice windsurfing.

Private parking lot, inside the structure, a few steps from the apartments and covered with a photovoltaic shelter.

Our residence is about 20 minutes from Portoferraio where the ferries arrive.
